In recent years, youth drug use has increased.

At the same time, young people lack better education about drugs and alcohol. “We learned a little about the most common drugs in science in ninth grade, but haven't had any more education about it since then,” says tenth-grader Nora Amalie Finnerud at Hagebyen School in Harstad.
