Legalization is the goal, warns Michel Mateos (51). “There is a lot of good in the reform, there are good things, but it presents a simplified narrative that does not take into account the complexity of the drug field,” he says.

I know that many of those who depend on the aid system in one form or another experience a wall of resistance. With yet another reform, there is a feeling of "here we go again" and "will they ever learn", says Michel Mateos.
